Please fill out the SU Elite Wrestling application below with the information needed to sign-up your wrestler. We are always excited to welcome new members to our wrestling family. We’re thrilled to announce that our youth wrestling club is now welcoming girls to join our team!

Pre- season conditioning practices will be held during in person sign ups on Oct. 15, 2024 from 5:30-6:30pm and Oct. 22, 2024 from 5:30-6:30pm.
* These workouts are all outside so please bring running shoes and dress accordingly.

- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Wrestlers must HAVE a current USA Wrestling Card/Membership. Please make sure you have a paper copy.
- Completed Medical Info & Waiver forms (see below for link to Medical info & waiver form).

USA Wrestling Medical Info & Waiver Form (Required)
Please download the teamreach app as we will be using that for most of our communication to parents through out the season. Use group code: SUELITEWRESTLING
Wrestlers must HAVE a current USA Wrestling Card/Membership to be able to wrestle in our room and compete in tournaments. Please make sure you have a paper copy of their card to give to coaches to keep with each child's registration information, this can be given to coaches if you choose to attend one of our in person sign ups at our wrestling room. Or you can email a copy of your child's USA Wrestling card to coach@suelitewrestling.com

Parents, we need you to make sure your kid is affiliated with “Southern Utah Elite Wrestling” on USAwrestling.

Go under "Manage -> Profiles" in the top navigation and then click on the name of the profile you wish to edit, it will load the profile. Then if you click the
"Add Club Affiliations" tab you will have the ability to add your club affiliations data and select your primary.
