SUE Practice Information
We plan to have practices 3 days a week, STARTING NOV 4th, 2024. We have a beginner group (Novice) and our Advanced group, to help each wrestler get the best coaching and techniques for their skill level.
**We will notify parents which group their wrestler is to attend for practices (typically based on age).
***Practices are closed to parents.
**Pre season conditioning practices for October

These workouts are all outside so please bring running shoes and dress accordingly.
Monday: Live wrestling/conditioning
Novice 5:30-6:30pm
Advanced: 6:30-8:00pm

Current USA Wrestling card is REQUIRED for all use of our facility.
Parents, we need you to make sure your kid is affiliated with “Southern Utah Elite Wrestling” on USAwrestling.
Login at https://www.usawmembership.com/login
Go under "Manage -> Profiles" in the top navigation and then click on the name of the profile you wish to edit, it will load the profile. Then if you click the
"Add Club Affiliations" tab you will have the ability to add your club affiliations data and select your primary.
